Wonderloves Photography is a trading name of Juliet, providing photography services to clients across Sevenoaks, Kent and the surrounding area. By enquiring about, booking or attending a session, you agree to the terms set out on this page.

A session date is only confirmed once a £95 deposit has been received. Until the deposit is paid, the date remains available to other clients. The deposit is non-refundable except in the circumstances described under Cancellations below.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session date. For newborn sessions, where dates depend on your baby's arrival, a flexible date is held during pregnancy and confirmed once your baby is born.

Family sessions run for approximately 60 minutes. Newborn, maternity, engagement, modelling and event sessions vary in length depending on what we've planned, and will be confirmed before booking.

Your edited images are carefully hand finished and delivered through a private online gallery within 3 weeks of your session. Your chosen package determines the number of edited digital images included. Additional images, prints, albums and framed products can be purchased separately through the gallery shop.

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT where relevant. Payment of the deposit and final balance can be made by bank transfer or another method agreed at booking. Any add-ons, such as a 2 minute family film (£100), are paid for alongside your session.

If you need to reschedule, please let me know as early as you can. One reschedule is included where at least 7 days' notice is given, and your deposit will move to the new date.

If you cancel your session, the deposit is non-refundable. If I have to cancel due to illness or an emergency, I will work with you to find a new date or, where that isn't possible, return your deposit in full.

I retain the copyright to all images taken during your session. You receive a personal use licence with your edited digital images, allowing you to download, print and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes.

I may use selected images for my portfolio, website, social media and marketing unless you tell me you'd prefer your images to remain private. If you'd rather they weren't shared, just let me know at or after your session and I'll respect that. Commercial use, resale or editing of the images by third parties is not permitted without written agreement.

You're responsible for letting me know about any access needs, allergies, or anything that will help your session run smoothly, especially for newborn and family sessions. For sessions involving children, a parent or guardian must be present throughout.

I take great care with your images and back them up during editing. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or loss beyond my control, my liability is limited to a re-shoot where possible, or a refund of amounts paid. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
